Shipping Method:
Upon your order, all in stock items are processed the NEXT business day. You may choose ground shipping (shipping time varies), 3 day, 2 day or next day shipping with all of our in stock items. We use UPS to ship all of our orders. If your item is out of stock, please call us and we will let you know the length of time it will take until the item is available. We keep over 500,000 items in stock at all times for immediate shipping.
Exchanges:
All shipping charges are non refundable and a 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the total receipt.
If you receive your dress and would like to exchange it, please let us know within a day (24 hours) upon receiving the goods. We are very happy to assist you in making an exchange, however, the buyer will be responsible for all of the new shipping costs incurred.
Returns:
1. You must inform us regarding the return first, via email or phone call immediately.
2. Any items received by air on Friday or Saturday,cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. In order to make a return, goods must be shippedback the next business day after it is received by customer. (ex: if you receive the package at noon on Monday, June 3 ?package must be returned by mail on Tuesday June 4)
4. The item must be unworn, undamaged, and in the SAME condition upon leaving our premises with ALL the tags attached. If there are signs of being worn or the tags are missing, the merchandise will be returned to you and deemed a final sale.
IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. It is advised that you insure your return package via UPS (or other carrier) so in the event of loss the shipper/carrier will be responsible for the lost package and/or shipping damages.
